Data and purposes

The contact form collects your full name, email address, telephone number, subject and message to manage and answer your enquiry to OHNO Consultores. It also records consent, server timestamp, privacy-policy version, website, language, service and offer of origin, to document your request and consent.

Legal basis

The basis is your consent through the form’s acceptance checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Services used

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses BotID to protect the form against automated abuse. The server forwards accepted enquiries to Google Apps Script; Google Sheets stores them and Gmail sends the acknowledgement and internal notification. Sanity provides editorial website content; the contact form does not send its message to Sanity.

These providers may process technical data and may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The applicable conditions and safeguards depend on the services and agreements in force. No additional compliance certification is claimed here.

Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and afterwards for applicable legal retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by writing to info@ohnoconsultores.com, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at https://www.aepd.es.

Please provide accurate, up-to-date information. This form is for business enquiries and is not a candidate application or CV submission channel. The controller does not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
